Today’s Memory

Can it be that the month of February is already over?  The run this evening pushed me over the 200 mile mark this year.  Only 799 more to go!  I better get busy with the fund raising now that the marathon is over.  Help me spread the word!!

I’m proud to add Evelyn Carter to my tribute book and a special purple ribbon with her name will be added to my race gear.  Her son is running thirteen 5Ks in 2013 to raise awareness and money for Alzheimer’s research.  Visit  his blog at  http://rifflewader.wordpress.com/ and encourage him on his journey!

200 plus

Make it a memorable day!

Keith

  5. Keith, I am Michael Carter’s little sister and I am so appreciative of you honoring my mom, Evelyn Carter, by added her name to your running gear. God bless you and strengthen you as you run your 1,000 miles. Our Dad wants to thank you for remember mom while we all fight the fight together!

    • Michelle, thank you for the kind words. It is my pleasure to honor your mother in my little way. I am amazed at what a wonderful time we live in where I can meet such a wonderful family on line who shares a common goal. I truly believe that we can win this battle together. 6. Hi Keith,

What a fantastic way to raise awareness and money — and to pay tribute to people fighting Alzheimer’s. My mom is dealing with it now, and it’s very difficult for her. Thanks so much for what you’re doing.

    Best,
    Beth
